What a gem of a place! Stayed here with the family for a little mid-week getaway and it was fantastic! The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Central location, right next to the Brewery Quarter with parking available on site. The rooms were a great mix of traditional and modern features and the breakfast was cooked fresh and was absolutely first class! I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. If you're staying in Cheltenham definitely look to stay here.
The hospitality of this hotel was incredible. Being 8 months pregnant, they made our stay super comfortable and upgraded us to the Wellesley suite. The next morning I wasn’t feeling too great and they allowed us to stay past our check-in without extra charges. The room was clean and decorated lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel. There is parking available and the hotel location is a 5-minute walk away from the town centre.
We really enjoyed our overnight stay, from a warm welcome, great room, lovely feel to the hole place, relaxing bar, but the best thing of all was the cooked breakfast. 10/10 for the whole experience

Every member of staff was very friendly & welcoming. Especially when we asked for an early breakfast on the Saturday as we were attending RIAT, they left breakfast for us in the room fridge. The evening meals are amazing, as is the cooked breakfast. We will definitely be back & would recommend Clarence Court Hotel to anyone!
I spent two nights at Clarence Court Hotel and I enjoyed every minute I was a guest. The moment I walked into the lobby i was greeted by Elaine and she immediately made me feel welcome. My visit at the beginning and end of a UK-EU road trip, so I stayed in a different room each night. The rooms were a throwback to an earlier era with all the accents of a late 18th century hotel room. The next time I stay in Cheltenham, it will be at the Clarence Court Hotel!
Welcoming rooms with friendly staff with modern elegant feel, bed linen soft & inviting. Bed was too hard & pillows so soft, 1 teabag pp for a night & morning too stingy !!! No boxed tissue & glass for bathroom. Cocktail bar had no ingredients ? Breakfast above average but we had an extra guest & it wasn’t worth £18 Car charging prices outrageous @ 80p per kw (above motorway rapid charges) Nb home charges less than 9p off peek & 27p per kw day Hotel is profiteering unnecessarily here, will be thinking twice before returning x
I’ve used this hotel for 2 consecutive years now and will be staying there again in June this year. It’s a great hotel really well situated in a lovely part of Cheltenham within easy flat walk in to the town centre. The car park is small but perfectly suited for the number of guests and with it being located on a square there is no regular passing traffic so very little road noise.
